Member Web Pages:
Hosting members WebPages is a free service to members in good standing of the League of Utah Writers. If you have a business, books, or other publications that you would like to advertise on your own WebPage, web design services are available at a significantly reduced cost, from the Webmaster. E-mail your information to meldredge@luwrite.com If you prefer to design your own page or have it designed by another web design service, all files will be subject to approval of the Webmaster for length and content. Only the Webmaster will have access to the control panel to upload new WebPages.
We reserve the right to edit for content and length.

Please note the following guidelines:
The Webmaster will create WebPages for LUW members at a minimal cost if the following are followed:
1. Background/Template: Member uses the current LUW background/template (notebook scroll along top with white background below) with current links.
2. Photos and other misc. graphic images: Member supplies any graphics or pictures with a limit of 3. Understanding the Webmaster may "optimize" these images for more efficient web viewing.
3. Words of text: Member supplies all text (see #5 for amount).
4. Links to external pages: up to an average of 3 per page.
5. All Material must fit within one viewing page plus one screen down.
6. Installation of webpages on the LUW website completed by the Webmaster.
If the member wishes to have a lengthy webpage, additional graphics, links, or other "specialty" items (i.e. scrolling words, date and time stamp, greeting, fade-in, fade-out, etc.) than one of the following must be agreed upon:
1. The member and Webmaster agree upon an amount to be paid Webmaster, either hourly or per item.
2. The member may create their own webpage, or they may have another outside source create their webpage. If the member creates his/her own page, then the Webmaster will be the one to upload the files onto the LUW website. This is for security reasons.
